Terms and risks

What fun is

fun is software that creates and runs coins on the Solana blockchain using Meteora's programs. Using it means you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use the site.

Coins can lose all their value

Coins launched here are highly speculative and many go to zero. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, and no coin is endorsed by fun. Anyone can launch a coin, including with a misleading name or picture. Do your own research and never spend more than you can afford to lose.

Transactions are final

Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. Check every address and amount before you send SOL, and check your payout wallet before you launch. SOL or tokens sent to the wrong address can't be recovered.

A refund is only sent automatically when a ticker was already taken by an earlier payer.

The rules have limits

The sniper tax, wallet cap and blacklist reduce some kinds of unfair trading. They don't guarantee a fair launch, stop every bot or stop a coin's price falling. Wallet caps and blacklists end when a coin bonds, and a person can split buying across many wallets.

Launch wallets

Each coin has a wallet that the fun engine holds and uses to launch the coin, make the dev buy and handle its fees. Software, network or third-party failures could delay or prevent those actions, or lose funds.

Other services

fun depends on Solana, Meteora, Jupiter Lock, IPFS and other services it doesn't control. If they fail or change, parts of fun may stop working.

What you're responsible for

You're responsible for what you launch or post, and for following the laws where you live, including those on securities and taxes. Don't use fun if the law where you live doesn't allow it. Don't post anything illegal, or copy someone else's name, brand or artwork without permission.

Admins can remove chat messages, mute people and hide coins from this site.

No warranty

fun is provided as is, with no warranty. To the extent the law allows, fun's operators aren't liable for losses from using it.
